The purpose of the consultation was to share details of, and seek feedback on, a revised location for the grid substation and its associated infrastructure.

The grid substation is where the voltage of the electricity generated by the windfarm is altered to match the electricity grid.

The consultation took place between Tuesday, 30th September and Tuesday, 14th October, with information made available online and at two in-person events held at the Caladh Inn, James St, Stornoway on:

• Tuesday 30th September: 12 pm to 3 pm
• Wednesday 1st October: 5 pm to 8 pm
